Steve, Jana and Gyle. Yellow Male LabradorTripper,

Jana and I are looking forward to your upcoming jamboree.  Good dawg and people watching.  Needless to say, Gyle will be excited as soon as we make the turn on to Retriever Trail.

Thanks for taking care of Gyle while we were out of town last weekend.  It' nice to know that we can take a vacation without the hassle of the normal pet boarding routine.  In the past, I have always been somewhat unsettled about my dogs' accommodations while on vacation.  Out at your farm, we were sure he was in the best of hands, and there was no doubt that he had plenty of pals with which to run around, hang out, and play.  It's very important for these dogs to have an opportunity interact with each other.  The environment at your farm yields healthy canine behavior.  Unfortunately, most dogs do not have the ability to socialize with other dogs very often. It's always a treat when they visit Labpups.com.  Thanks for providing such a great boarding service.

For some reason Jana asked me to write a letter for her to you about Gyle.  Initially, I was not quite sure what to write or even the reason for writing.   I was hesitant at first, but now my understanding is that you would like to post satisfied customer correspondences as well as pictures of your customers with their Labs on your web site.  That can be a very good marketing tool.  Nothing like the printed word and visual highlights.  So J told me last night that you asked her to write a note and send you a picture.  Well here's the deal.  I'm writing the letter; Jana and Gyle will be in the picture.

This Dog you hooked us up with is unbelievable.  He has been such a joy.  Granted, we've only known him for about six weeks and we bypassed the baby puppy stage.  Jana brought him home a couple weeks shy of nine months old.  No doubt we were fortunate that Jana had met you and your Dad, and that your professional reputation is widespread in this area.  Most importantly, Gyle (formally known as Gunner) was available.  Jana, Gyle, and I were at the right place at the right time (in more ways than one).  He is a perfect fit for us.  And I think he likes us too.

However, allow me to add a disclaimer, unlike a lot of pet owners, he is the center of attention around here.  He's an only child. He's the man.  Sometimes he thinks he's the boss.  "Mister Gyle", "Handsome Gyle", and Jana believe or not, sometimes refers to him as "Super Gyle".  The funny thing is.......He's all that and maybe more.  There's no doubt that he's about to be spoiled to death.

It turned out to be a good match for the three of us.  We most appreciate the time you took getting to know us and asking the right questions to find out what type of Lab we were looking for.  I see that as your biggest benefit to your future customers, as well as a value added service that sets you apart from other breeders.  You guys definitely know the business, the breed, and have the experience to make your customers satisfied and very happy pet owners.

Thanks again. We'll see you Saturday.

Sace Family PictureHi Tripper,

We are extremely pleased with the new addition to our family. Drake is a wonderful puppy, very smart, alert and gentle. At a very young age, he can easily comprehend commands like, sit, stay and fetch. He plays well with our daughter Erika (8yrs. old) and Ethan (4yrs. old). It's a joy to see them play in our backyard and spend more time together. When he is not playing with the kids, he relaxes and snoozes in his bed. I can tell this early that you've lived up to your claim of breeding a non-hyper family dog, with a great temperament and the right energy to play.

Thank you very much Tripper for picking the right puppy for us! I can't wait until he gets older. Your professionalism and attentiveness, including those of your staff have made our experience of getting a puppy a memorable one. We would not hesitate on purchasing another puppy from you in the future.

Best,

The Sace Family

Dear Tripper

The boys (Thomas, Martin and Michael) really want to see Rocky's pictures in the photo album. I have attached a couple of pictures and hope you will try to get them on the website soon. We couldn't be any happier with Rocky. He is the most wonderful dog, friend, walking buddy, ball chaser, swimming partner, cartoon watcher, lizard watcher, and "pillow" a family could ask for. He is the example of how a started dog (we got him at four months) can make all the difference in whether a busy family can handle a new puppy. There was still plenty of puppy in him but the really hard work of getting up in the middle of the night was something we didn't have the time or energy for so it was great to get Rocky when that kind of high maintenance was no longer necessary. Thank you for being a wonderful breeder who did an exceptional job of completing our family with just the right dog. Even at the age of two (and 73 pounds) we still call him our cuddly puppy.

Here are pictures of Rocky

Thank you
