Dear Tripper,

This year my husband and I resolved to add a new member to the household…the family dog.  We have two active boys ages four and six and felt they were missing out on their boyhood and childhood by being dogless.  Thus began the search for the perfect family dog, which for us was a yellow Labrador.  Being an active member of the postmodern world, we began utilizing search engines in the quest to find the perfect dog.  Much to our delight was a site called Labpups.com with the winning slogan “home of the non-hyper family lab”! Myriad visits on the web site and several phone calls later we were sold on our newest little member of the family…Chloe.  We sent her to school first and anxiously awaited her arrival date to our home in San Diego.  What a delight it was to finally meet her! She is as sweet as pie and everyone we meet can’t help but comment on how well behaved and beautiful she is.  Chloe has brought much joy to our home and she has also brought us closer together as a family. The boys are outside playing more than ever and we as a family enjoy taking “adventure” walks with her.  Thank you labpups for giving us such a wonderful dog!

Tripp, I did not tell you in the last e-mail but we are so thankful for Max. He is such a wonderful dog. He is so obedient and loving. We can have people in our home and he is obedient and does not bother them if they don't like dogs. You have given us such a wonderful pet. Thank you soooo much.

Dear Tripp,We can't tell you how thrilled we are with the new addition to our family. The kids were really surprised to see a puppy under the Christmas tree. Root Beer was born on October 30th and is already 3 1/2 months. He just keeps on growing. People are surprised to know we found our puppy on the intranet. We will definitely refer them to you. Hello Tripp,The new puppy has adjusted very well and Winston and she are great buddies. Winston 1yr, parents Rambo and Dolly and Bailey 4 mo., parents Heidi and Buster. Winston shares his toys, bones and even his birthday cake. See pics attached. We're working on the obedience training and she is quick to learn the basics, hope it continues. She follows Winston and does everything he does.Thanks again for all the helpful information you share with us.

These beautiful babies are three of my best friends. Kingfish, the
black lab, S.A.M, the yellow one, and Maverick, the chocolate one.

Rambo is the sire for all of these and they are 2 1/2, 1 1/2, and 6 months
respectively. These Labs make me smile everyday and are always happy to see us. As you can see they love to hike in Montana, even though the little one whined a bit! Thank you for making this possible!

Tripp, Robin and I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how ABSOLUTELY pleased we are with our puppy, Barley, that we got from you. She has been a great addition to our family, and is surprisingly well behaved for a four month old puppy. Any of our family and friends that come by to see her, fall in love with her, and she loves them right back. Even our vet was shocked at how loving and affectionate she was to him, especially after he was the one poking and prodding her! She's growing like a weed, and of course, 40lbs already. She started swimming last week, and already thinks she can out swim the ducks she decides to chase.

Hi Tripper! Our yellow lab, Birdie, just tuned two yesterday. She is such a ham, we couldn't ask for a better companion. I must add that at the end of her training out trainer commented that he had never worked with such an intelligent dog. Needless to say she graduated first in her training class. I took it as quite a complement since he breeds and sells dogs himself. She demonstrates all the characteristics of a professional hunting dog, such as, diving underwater for objects and herding.Thanks for such a fantastic dog.Thanks so much,

Tripp, I picked Nilla up this past Saturday, he's 8 weeks and already retrieving!
Sometimes the ball, sometimes leaves.He's a darling, can't wait till he sleeps thru the night. :)

Tripp,Thank you for your help. The pup, named Ellie, is doing fantastic. She
is
a happy, playful pup and she is very affectionate. She is already a good
retriever of all of her toys and you can tell she is a water dog as she
loves to get into the shower with me in the morning if I let her! She
responds very well to praise (though still not totally housebroken) and is
eager to please (learn). I will send along some photos as soon as they
are developed. I also wanted to tell you that I am a believer in the special
dog food that I bought through you. Ellie has such a shiny black coat and
she looks healthy. I am so happy with the dog and have to say that you
provide a great service! I will certainly recommend your business to my
friends who may want a Lab.

Hello Tripper, When Jax's food or water dish is empty and he wishes to have more of the contents, he takes the crock in his mouth and carries it around until more is given. At times, he also sits right beside you, looking upward in anticipation.

Tripp, First off let me say that "Skipper" could not be a better dog. Kim gave us the greatest Christmas gift she could have ever given us. Our other dog, Grasshopper, (a Westie) is 19 now and has gone from sleeping all day to terrorizing Skipper at every possible moment. They have a love hate relationship - Skipper loves and Grasshopper now pretends to dislike him. Thanks again for picking a wonderful dog for us.

Hi Tripp,
Just thought I'd let you know that Charlie is doing great. He's having fun running around acting like a clown. He slept through the first night, right in his carrier just as you said . Yesterday he learned how to go up stairs. This morning , he learned how to come down stairs. He walks pretty well on a leash. Beth, my oldest daughter bought him a seatbelt harness and she takes him wherever she goes. He's making many friends. Thanks for a great puppy. Everyone is very impressed! They cannot believe I bought him on the internet and they want to call him "Charlie dot com!"

GUINNESS IS GREAT. He is a healthy young pup, and getting bigger every day. He is a loving lab with a great temperament and a lot of energy. GUINNESS is the BEST thing that has come into our lives in the past year. As a matter of fact, GUINNESS and my girlfriend are both graduating from their PUPPY OBEDIENCE CLASS next week. Not that GUINNESS needed to go school, but my girlfriend is new with dogs and loved the idea.

GUINNESS is a full member of the family, and no matter who he sees, that individual falls in love with him. His past times include cuddling on the couch, going on his daily run on the beach (no swimming yet, it's still been too cold), and playing with his pull toys.GUINNESS is turning into a great retriever. He is still a little jumpy when the ball/Frisbees is thrown, but he's improving every day. He had his first experience last week of getting too close to the break line on the beach. He was standing with his back to the water when a large wave came and took him out. To say that he was startled would be an understatement . Of course he rode on my lap the entire ride home....soaking wet and all.Tripp, as always you know that you can forward people with any questions to my attention. I would be more than happy to talk to them. You can even give them my email if you'd like.

Tripp, Thought you would enjoy these pix of Winston. He is now 5 and a half
months, and weighs about 55 lbs. Looks like he is going to be a big one. He
is absolutely beautiful. People stop us on the street to comment about his

Hi Tripp, We picked up the puppy yesterday afternoon at the airport. His flight got in a little early ( that's ok, my 3 girls couldn't wait!). He was a little nervous at first, but he's already getting used to his new home...and last night we got some snow, so he played out in the snow for a bit this morning! He picked out a spot for his first nap...on top of the hard bricks in front of the fire place (we didn't have a fire going!)Thanks for the pup, he's beautiful!John and Rebecca S.p.s. Dear Tripper:

We can not begin to tell you what a wonderful addition Gordon has made in our lives. As you can see he is growing like a weed. He's 8 months in the picture! I think he's taking after his dad Rambo. He's very affectionate and loves attention! He has gotten very good at catching his Frisbee and loves to fetch! We've even taught him to flip, well actually I think he taught himself! Hope you're doing well and off to a great New Year. I know you get a lot of e-mail, but just wanted to share a photo of Katie with you. We have gotten so attached to Katie, and you were right, she is a wonderful family member. Don't know what we would do without her. She's not only beautiful, but soooo intelligent. It's just amazing what she can do.

Thanks again for helping us with Katie. The obedience training proved to be invaluable. I would recommend it to anyone. We recommend labpups.com at every opportunity we get.
